Method
It is important to investigate what causes you to feel unwell. There may be several reasons or causes for this. During our first conversation I will ask you a number of essential questions and we can get to know each other. A good click is the basis for a pleasant process. After this we immediately go into depth through psychodynamic therapies. Valuable insights will help you get back on the right track. Every person is unique, and so is the working method. The approach is tailored to your story and what is going on in your life today. The number of sessions varies per person and depends entirely on your own needs and wishes. During the first treatment (approx. 90 minutes) we make an estimate of the expected treatment time. In most cases, a meeting will take place once every two to three weeks and this will of course be coordinated with you.
We work holistically, which means that there is actually an all-inclusive approach to health and well-being. Instead of just focusing on physical symptoms, we look at the complete picture, including your mental, emotional, social aspects. It's not just about appearance or physical health; it's about being balanced on all fronts of your life. So, whether you are a man or a woman, holistic health offers the ultimate upgrade for a strong physical and mental state, so that you are completely in control of yourself and your well-being.

If it is not possible to answer the phone, an app or voicemail message can be left and we will contact you within two working days. At Praktijk Nooijen we strive to be immediately available, without any waiting list. If it is unexpectedly not possible to schedule an appointment within 14 days, Praktijk Nooijen has a partnership with various fellow therapists in the area. This way, a suitable therapist or coach can be suggested that meets your specific needs. The aim is to provide a flexible and accessible approach, so that you quickly get the support you need.
